Enquiry privacy notice

ELV8D is a product initiative of RPA Management Pty Ltd. This notice covers the demo and early-access enquiry form on this website.

What the form collects

Your name, email, company, industry, team size and any message you choose to provide. Please do not include confidential project documents, employee records or financial information.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, discuss product demonstrations and assess early-access interest. Submitting the form does not create a subscription or authorise a payment.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in this website’s Cloudflare D1 database and can be read through an inbox restricted to the site owner. They are separate from customer workspaces in the ELV8D application. Email notifications are not enabled. The site uses no advertising trackers. Our hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and protect the website.

Enquiry controls

The site uses a short-lived, hashed connection identifier to limit spam submissions. It also uses a hidden spam field and an enquiry identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. The spam-control identifier expires after two days.

Access, correction or deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry through the same form, using the email you originally provided and stating your request in the message. We will need to verify the request before acting on it.
